Guest numbers in visiting groups have ranged from seven to eleven. Usually, one or two guests elect to occupy a solo bedroom with the remaining bedrooms configured as double, twin, or in one case triple occupancy.

Groups can visit for periods of three, four or seven nights. Group rates are fully inclusive of all accommodation, use of the extensive facilities, all meals, endless flow of great local wines, plus local market, wine tasting and restaurant visits. Culinary Experiences sessions, with resident chef Gino Minacapilli, and all local taxes are also included.

Possible groups could include any of the following;
- Special interest clubs and associations such as, Pilates, yoga, golf (courses are within easy distance) walking, singing, painting, running, cycling, etc. through to gourmet and wine tasting. The list is endless.
- Groups of friends and families. Children are welcome on these group visits.
- Companies using the retreat for incentives, seminars, small conferences and team building.
